Tags are made to order using the details provided at checkout. Please check names and phone numbers carefully before ordering.
NFC and QR use
Phone compatibility, signal, finder behaviour and device settings can affect whether NFC or QR scans are used successfully.
Smart profiles
Customers are responsible for keeping pet profile details accurate and appropriate for public viewing.
Missing pet tools
Find My Paw can support communication, but cannot guarantee recovery of a missing pet.
Subscriptions
Paid smart features may be billed separately when launched. Any recurring payment terms will be shown before purchase.
