Returns for made-to-order pet tags.
Find My Paw tags are personalised or programmed to order, so returns work a little differently from standard off-the-shelf products.
If we make a mistake
If the tag arrives with an error caused by us, contact hello@findmypaw.co.uk and we will help put it right.
If details were entered incorrectly
Because custom names and NFC details are made from the information supplied at checkout, please check spellings and phone numbers carefully before ordering.
Faulty items
If a tag arrives damaged or does not work as expected, contact us with your order number and a photo or short description of the issue.
Change of mind
Personalised or programmed products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started.
